Join 165.3 Auto is an automatic machine for the 90 ° junction of aluminum profiles by inserting metal brackets like the one in the figure.

Features:

A sheet metal base supports a work surface with a 90 ° square, against which the profiles to be joined will be placed.

a punch to fix the bracket to the profiles by deforming the edges, it is equipped with suction cups for picking up.

a bowl feeder vibrator equipped with a container coated in anti-noise material ø 400 mm, with vibrating base at 6000 vibrations, the electrical equipment for the regulation of vibrations. Feeding rate of 30 pcs / min, the vibrator can contain up to 2000 pcs.

a linear feeder vibrator to bring the brackets to the gripping position

A transfer slide of the bracket from the gripping position to the joining position

a pneumatic cylinder D. 200 mm which joins the pieces, exerting the necessary thrust on the punch to fix the square in the special groove of the profile by deforming the edges of the aluminum profile.

A 4.3 ” LCD Touchscreen panel that allows the display of the machine status and parameter setting.
The operation of Join 165 is very simple, just place the two profiles to be joined against the square and press the foot control; the machine will perform the following operations in sequence: pick up a bracket from the vibrator channel, position it in the groove of the profiles to be joined, lower the punch to deform the flaps and reopen it to allow the pieces to be extracted joined at 90 °. During the return phase to the rest position, another bracket will be in position for the next junction. The time / cycle is about 3 sec.
